of feature differences between Maxthon Browser 1.x versions and 2.x
versions.Feature Matrix Features 1.x2.x Comments General Program Framework We had
rewritten the whole framework of 2.0 version of Maxthon Browser to make it more
stable and flexible. The modular structure can save more resource when certain features are not enabled, and make the software more extensible User Account System Multiple user’s favorites and settings will be saved separated now, with encryption. For users who don’t want these features, an anonymous login method is still provided. Favorites System From version 2.0, Maxthon will use its own Favorites system. The new Favorites will be much faster than using the system Favorites Folder in 1.x versions.Import & Export of Favorites is still supported. Groups The Groups features is merged into the Favorites system in 2.0 version. You can switch between a Folder and a Group in the right-click menu.
